Elena is a Senior Associate in the Business Support Unit with eight years of experience in both the private sector – private companies and a law firm – and the public sector. She is responsible for contract drafting and negotiation, implementation of shareholder and board decisions, data protection issues, compliance of group companies’ activities with the law, representation of the group’s interests before third parties, and other matters. As an in-house lawyer, she works closely with other divisions, shareholders and the board to provide timely, high-quality and effective legal advice and services to the entire group of companies.
