• University degree in Law, Economics, or Business administration or similar
• 1 – 2 years of related working experience in financial or other regulated sector is preferred
• Experience in KYC and basic knowledge of national and EU AML/CTF regulations, international sanctions regimes is preferred
• Proactive approach, organizational and analytical skills, accuracy and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deadline pressures and sensitive information
• Fluency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages is A MUST (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage)

• Working with AML/CTF related projects and providing Compliance services to the Clients
• Working actively as a team member, assisting with new projects, consulting the Clients regarding AML/CTF related queries (KYC, CDD, transaction monitoring, internal governance etc.) and other ad hoc requests
• Participation in the preparation of AML/CTF policies, procedures, trainings for the Clients and market participants
