As a company grows and expands, it often encounters a situation where the volume and level of complexity of financial accounting becomes difficult for the company’s accounting team to overcome. It is then necessary to decide whether there will be a sufficient workload for a full new post of accountant. Assessing all the costs, it may turn out that the alternative of buying some of the financial services an organization needs externally is a cheaper and more efficient solution.
