Processing of Personal data during the Employee selection process

We would like to inform You about the purposes, scope and method of processing Your personal data You have provided to us for the purposes of the recruitment process.

The personal data of candidates who sent us their CV and/or cover letter directly at the e-mail address, by using application form in section “Career” on our website, via job posting websites or in any other way are processed for the purposes of recruitment to an opened job or internship position. Such personal data of candidates are processed on the basis of consent that You express by submitting the data to us in Your job or internship application to “Lewben” group.

Your personal data may be visible to the persons who are responsible for the recruitment process, managers or team leaders at whose request and / or consent the recruitment process was started.

The legal reason for processing Your personal data is to assess your personal abilities, knowledge and skills prior to entering into the contract of employment or another different type of agreement. 

Category of the personal data processed 

Identification data: name, surname, academic title, date of birth, age, gender, photographs.

Contact details: address of permanent residence, address of transient residence, telephone, e-mail.

Professional experience: previous employers, positions including job description, references from previous employers.

Other relevant personal data provided by You.

The personal data of candidates are stored for the period of recruitment to a specific job or internship position. After the expiry of the period recruitment to a specific position, we delete the CV sent by the candidate and any other data unless we receive a consent of a candidate to a longer period of data processing for us to be able to offer them a different position in the future. In such a case, the personal data of the candidate are stored for a period of 3 year from the moment of expiry of the recruitment to a specific position unless You decide to cancel Your consent earlier and if the applicable laws do not stipulate a longer storage period.

We want to assure You that we keep your personal data safe and confidential.

We would like to inform You additionally, that You have the right to obtain the information on the purposes of the processing, the extent of the processed personal data and its source, the nature of the personal data processing, and the recipients of the personal data.

If You find that the processing of your personal data is inconsistent with the protection of Your private and personal life or in violation of the law, you have the right to request an explanation from us and the right to ask to resolve such a situation.
