Jurijus Romanenkovas has since been revoked from the independent member of the board of Lewben Group.
Lewben Group Chairman Vilius Kavaliauskas noted that this decision was made with consideration of the Group’s future business development plans.
“Jurijus was an important part of the Lewben Group in the respective development phase. To ensure long-term, rapid and stable growth and to focus on the strategic objectives of the Lewben Group, the organization needs to continue to change and we eventually do it”, said Kavaliauskas
