  • Roll-out all People processes (recruiting, pre/on-boarding, performance, development, engagement surveys, etc.) while ensuring a great end-to-end employee journey
  • Actively participate in hiring projects

We are looking for someone with
  • 3+ years of successful experience as a HR generalist / HR Business Partner / People Partner (work experience in professional services would be highly appreciable)
  • Experience in managing and continuously improving the end-to-end employee journey
  • Great communication and coaching skills, an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem solving and great attention management skills (ability to manage tasks from To-Do to Done)
  • High sense of responsibility, proactive approach, organizational skills
  • Willingness to deepen professional and personal competencies
  • Excellent command of the English language and good knowledge of MS Office)
  • Higher education (preferably in HR, Business / Project Management or relative field)
