• Preparation, adaptation and coordination of wide range of agreements, procedural documents, internal procedures related to the activities of the clients
• Representing the Company in relations with clients, delivering high quality advice on complex legal issues
• Advising clients on corporate, competition, data protection and other legal matters
• Working on complex and multijurisdictional projects

• Bachelor + Degree in Law
• At least 2 -3 years of meaningful legal work experience related to corporate law
• Strong sense to commitment and attention to details
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills
• Project management skills and experience working in a team
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian languages

Will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience in Competition law and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Experience in the field of IP or IT law
• Work experience in law firms or big four companies would be an advantage
