• Preparing financial reports independently
• Ensuring client’s accounting cycle runs smoothly (under supervision of senior colleagues)
• Being able and eager to analyzing issues from different perspectives, demonstrating creativity and proactivity while forming practical advice to a client
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients (under supervision of senior colleagues) by seeking to understand clients’ needs and keeping up to date with clients’ activities
• Taking charge of personal development, sharing professional experience with colleagues
• Providing clear instructions and constructive feedback to support and develop junior colleagues

• University degree
• At least 3 years of proven successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit
• Experience with IFRS, Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards, corporate tax law
• Advanced user of MS Excel and experience with accounting software
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy
• Willingness to deepen professional and personal competencies, ambitious professional goals
• Excellent command of the English language
