In October 2014 Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), confirming competence and compliance with respective EU Directives, granted to Lewben Cyprus Limited a license to act as an Administrative Services Provider (ASP).

The ASP Law was introduced in December 2012 (Law 196(I)/2012) and established regulations in respect to the provision of administrative services.

Lewben Cyprus Ltd was successfully authorized to provide full spectrum of administrative services to clients worldwide in setting up and maintenance of legal entities.

One of missions of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec), an independent public supervisory authority established in accordance with section 5 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Establishment and Responsibilities) Law of 2001, is to exercise effective supervision and ensure healthy development of the market, including supervision of strict compliance of Administrative Services Providers with regulations introduced by the EU, OECD and other institutions.

Internal audit of Lewben Cyprus Limited has successfully undergone and complied with all internal Know Your Client (KYC) procedures and met all required compliance and CySec requirements achieving excellent results.
